Privacy policy
When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form and pass it to a dryer vent company, or a lead partner that works with such companies, serving your area. We do not sell your details to anyone else. This page explains what we collect, who receives it and how to have it deleted.
What we collect

Who receives it
- The service company, or lead partner, that serves your ZIP code. They receive your form details so they can contact you about your request.
- Our form processor, Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to us by email.
- Our hosting and network providers (a virtual server provider and Cloudflare), which handle web traffic and logs.
- Google, through Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used. Your quote form details are not sent to Google Analytics. You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
We do not use advertising trackers. If we add advertising tools, this page will say so before they go live.
Calls and texts
By submitting the form you agree that we and the company we match you with may call or text you at the number you gave, about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months to handle follow-up questions and disputes, then delete them. To have your details deleted sooner, or to see what we hold, email [email protected]. We will also ask the company we sent your request to delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
