Section 1422.01 of Centerville's Municipal Code adopts the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings, which the ordinance calls the 2024 Edition, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, along with editorial changes the ordinance says the board adopted effective March 1, 2024.
Centerville's own amendments to that code, in Section 1422.03, cover only unsafe buildings and private sewage disposal systems, and neither mentions dryers. We did not confirm the dryer exhaust wording now in force in the Residential Code of Ohio, so this page does not quote dryer duct limits.
